AOSTA VALLEY CHALET

The chalet has always represented the classic house in the mountains in the collective imagination, the small corner of paradise in which to take refuge when escaping the city. This elegant home located in the Aosta Valley is the result of a perfect communication. Manifattura 35 created the interior project based on the architect's directives and the requests of the home owners. By combining different essences and expertly mixing natural materials, it was possible to create an enveloping atmosphere that conveys tranquillity. Antique national walnut panelling was used in the living room and in the kitchen to surround tailor-made tables, sofas and armchairs subject to restoration and characteristic mountain furnishings. The typical atmosphere of the mountain house is completed by leather sofas, paintings framed with wood, copper furnishings and some blankets lying on the armchair.

The cinema area has the simplicity of rural tradition and the elegant hand of the architect.

Manifattura 35 created the entire boiserie in this area of the house and that is also extended to the bathroom and used red fabric to restore the typical sofas and armchairs. A classic setting in which there is the contrasting element of the magnificent Burma teak spa with a contemporary flavour and made to order with whole and seamless strips.
